Centennial Park – Upper Playground Area
Playground Overview
Located in the heart of the Town, close to the historic downtown, Centennial Park was built over 20 years ago with two play areas.
In 2018 Variety replaced the lower playground section that lacked any accessibility.
The upper playground section was built to be inclusive back in 2000, but is now old with peeling paint, rubber surfacing that has hardened over the years and equipment that is outdated. This playground will be replaced in 2021 using the most current inclusive designs and features that will be unique to this playground.
