Variety AB has been working with the Tsuu T’ina First Nation to design and install a new playground in 2021. Tsuu T’ina Nation has a central playground that has far exceeded it’s lifespan.

Upon a recent inspection, it was determined that this playground is no longer safe and needs to be replaced. The community wants to create an inclusive space as a gathering place for everyone of all abilities with an inclusive playground as the main focus. The space will have both a main play area and seating throughout the park for parents and grandparents, while using culturally important elements.
