Health & Wellness: Specialized Therapies

Healthy Children Healthy Lives Program

Supporting Children and Youth in Lower Income Families with Health and Wellness Initiatives

We help families in a lower income bracket through funding support that can be used towards various specialized therapies such as:

  • Occupational Therapy – helping kids learn the basic movement skills for everyday living

  • Physical Therapy – helping kids build crucial muscles and restore movement

  • Speech & Language Therapy – helping kids develop communication skills

  • Music Therapy – helping kids improve communication skills along with cognitive, motor, and social skills for children with autism and other conditions

Note: As our mandate is to support families who fall into a lower income bracket and/or who do not qualify for employment health benefits, proof of household income will be required at the onset of the application process.
