Steven has a background in supply chain and project management, which has given him many opportunities to work on projects as they shift & grow through every stage of development. He often relies on creativity and thinking outside the box to offer effective solutions to identified problems waiting to be solved.

Being a new father himself, Steve was drawn to Variety because he knows the importance of kids feeling a strong sense of belonging within their communities, and believes nothing should hold them back from fun, carefree play. He looks forward to continuing to promote & advocate for inclusive spaces for children in Alberta!
